Outllok 2003 printing problems

We are still having problems with printing email, they do not print properly,
i.e. missing words at the end of a line. I have installed SP1 for office,
changed the margins in Outlook and IE to the same (1 cm & 10 mm). I have
followed the points that were posted on here before, to no avail. We are
using XP SP2, not that this should make a difference. Any other options that
I have missed out? Any help would be gratefully appreciated as this is
begining to drive us nuts!!
