Outline view in PowerPoint

I haven't encountered this issue before. I have a ppt that I'm reviewing for
the author. The text in outline view is the same point size as the text on
the slide which makes outline view unusable for editing. Is there a way to
get the text in outline view a smaller point size than on the slide?

Hi mdawn,

Use the outline pane's zoom feature. If you have a mouse with a scroll
wheel, select anything in the outline view pane, press the 'Ctl' key, and
use the mousewheel to zoom in or out. Alternately, you can select anything
in the outline pane, then click on View => Zoom => and select a smaller
percentage.

If I misunderstood the question, could you post back?

Thank you, Bill. That was the answer. In all my years of using PowerPoint, I
never realized you could change the magnification on the outline view
separately from the slide.
