Outgoing e-mail. Text won't wrap OL 2007

Where do I find the setting for making the text wrap in an outgoing message?
The text just goes on and on until I push the return (enter ) key.Should be
simple enough but I can't seem to find it. Thanks much. outlook 2007

When typing it goes on till the end of the screen and automatically resizes
when you resize the window. There is no need to press Enter.

I'm sorry but this text just keeps going on and on and on. Even with the
screen maximized. It finally does return, but only after it has continued on
the same line for approx. two full maximized screens. In order to read it,
you must go to the bottom bar and scroll to the right quite a bit. There must
be a setting but I'm unable to find it.Thanks much
