Out of Office Settings cannot be displayed

F

Fui Fan

Some mailboxes migrated from E2K to EK7 encountered error when setting the
OOF. The error is "Your Out of Office settings cannot be displayed, because
the server is currently unavailable. Try again later". These users dont
encountered this problem when using Outlook 2003 but Outlook 2007.

Have checked the below possible reasons and those settings are correct.
Reason 1: Wrong Autodiscover Service settings
Reason 2: Wrong certificate
Reason 3: Wrong permission settings on the EWS virtual directory.

Anyone have any other clue?

Since all of this is Exchange related, why not post in microsoft.public.exchange.admin?

Outlook Out of Office Assistant is a server side option - nothing to do with Outlook - as well as the rest of your questions about Exchange settings.

| Server settings side nothing seem wrong, wonder could it be Outlook
| issue instead.
