Out of office reminder

Since being refreshed with Office 2007, Outlook no longer reminds me "Out of
Office is turned on" when I return to the office. How do I get the "Out of
Office is turned on" to display when I log into Outlook after being out of
the office?

You should see a constant indicator in the right bottom corner of Outlook
when the OOF is on and a balloon pop-up at startup.
