Out of office and delegates

Hello,
I am using Outlook 2003, and I have delegate who has editor rights into my
inbox, can he set my out office assitant for me, it seems to be only setting
it on his mailbox.

No, the OOF can only be set on the primary Exchange mailbox in the mail
profile.
