out of memory?

My Access 95 in Office Pro is showing an immediate "out of memory" fault at
its initial start up attempt. I tried reloading the software but it makes no
difference.

I have plenty of memory in this computer. What can I do?

Thanks.

This recently happened to me with Access 97 on 2 different machines. On 1
machine I had to re-register DAO:

Start ... Run (then type)

regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\DAO\dao350.dll"

You should get a message back the it succeeded.

On the second machine I had to install all the service packs.

I did install DAO but used 360.dlll. I'm running XP w/ SP2. This did not
work however to correct loading Access.

I did not see any patches to correct this.

Thanks.
