Out of Memory Message

I have windows xp and everytime I try to open the User Accounts, a message
pops up that says "Out of Memory." I know my computer is not out of memory
and now I cannot change any settings for the different users. Please help!

Is that the complete and total text of the message, just the 3 words
"out of memory"?

In order to help you with this problem we need to have the complete
verbatim text of the error message, exactly as it appears on the
screen including all of the codes and parameters.
