"Out of environment space"?

Hi,
I use Latex2rtf for some time. Recently, I install Microsoft Visio
studio on my computer. I find Latex2rtf suite cannot convert .eps
image file to .png file anymore. The echo message is like (I translate
it to English): "Out of environment space". From the description of
Latex2rtf, it seems Latex2rtf cannot convert inputfile to a temporary
file. The first step of Latex2rtf is halted.

The documentation of Latex2rtf says this kind of message only appears
on Windows ME like OS. I don't know why the message can appear on
Windows XP. Could you tell me how to solve this problem? That is, how
to increase environment space on XP system. Or, some other methods.

This might better be asked in a group dealing with Microsoft Visio,
since the problem arose when you installed it.
