Outlook should have a 7 day view that looks the same as the 5 day work week.
It would make it easier to manage the weekends since there are people who
work on the weekends and plan other necessities.

so do it - use the Date Navigator and wipe the mouse over the exact 7
days you want to see.

Hey Judy,

Thats cool though - I did not know that the calendar on the side
worked that way, but what I was looking for was, do you know how the editing
window looks for a 5 day set up - I would like that to be the same for the
seven day set up. I would like it to have the half hour by half hour break
down instead of the huge boxes per day type of thing. Is there anyway that
this is possible?

Sincerely,
Marco151polo

Hey Judy,

Oh I see where you were going and from where you came from, but
that was not it. I found how to get what I wanted by selecting the days on
the calander like you have said before but while using the 'Shift' key.
Usually If the days span from a Sunday to a Saturday then I would get a view
that has the boxes per day, but if I select the days from Sunday to Saturday
with the 'Shift' key then it would give me the samve view as the 5 day work
week - meaning the 15 minute breakdown.

Thank you for your advice and enjoy your weekend.

Sincerely,
Marco151polo
