Oulook e-mail problem

I have outlook 2002 and I am trying to set my e-mail accounts up on there.
The first account that I tried to set up was Hotmail, I set everything up
with the password and all of that but when I try to send/ receive I am
getting error message 0x800cccF6.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

You cannot use Outlook for Hotmail anymore unless you pay a fee.
