oulook 2003 & outlook express

Dear Support,
I have the folloiwng problems.
Outlook express / outlook 2003
when i create a new account in the above programs, everything works o.k and
no problem.
1. servers pop incoming settings settings 121.5.6.35
2. servers smtp outgoing settings : 121.5.6.35
3. acconut information user name: skhalef
4. password: *****
where by 121.5.6.35 is the static i.p address of my mail server & proxy
machine.
After restarting the machine, the servers option and account information
fields, change to something like this :
1. servers pop incoming settings settings localhost
2. servers smtp outgoing settings : 121.5.6.35
3. acconut information user name: skhalef\121.5.6.35
4. password: *****
These changes affect my program to receive mails hence i can not use my
e-mail programs effeciently.Kindly reply back to help me solve this problem.

You probably have anti-virus software that is doing this. Turn off the
scanning of incoming email in your anti-virus software.
