Oulook 2003 Form upgraded to 2007

We upgraded using Microsoft's upgrade tool from 2003 to 2007. It worked
great and also migrated the custom email form we had. However, now it will
not allow us to change the default font face or size through Tools, Options,
Mail Format. I have tried everything to change the font from Times New Roman
to Arial. I have tried to changed the style also to no avail. HELP!

We upgraded all MS programs from 2000 to 2007.

Could you explain your issue in a little more detail, please? What upgrade
tool are you referring to? What happens when you use Tools | Options | Mail
Format?

Ok, Sue. We have tried to battle this one for a couple of days and lots of
hours. We used the Office Customization Tool to upgrade from 2003 to 2007.
It successfully save our 2003 email form and it still remains as the default
form. However, somewhere, either in the registry or within that form, lives
times new roman 12 pt. I have changed the normal style and republished the
form and it still reverts back to TNR 12 pt. I have no hair left on my head.
Your brain is appreciated.

Unless it's attached to a Word template, a custom form should use for its
default font whatever is set as the user's default font, set in Tools |
Options | Mail Formatting.
