read from you the more I am convinced that you have a problem. I was given

Yep, that would be a person that had their posting ID banned for
pirating code/apps from people/vendors and then passing them off as his
own. The same person was caught red-handed many times and continues to
do it. After MS Usenet managers banned his ID he morphed into more than
20 other ID's and still posted links to pirated code/apps - even when
the vendors posted requests that he remove their apps from his site he
ignored them. After he stole code from MVP's it was chastised again and
again he went on the rampage...

And again, you've not done anything other than troll - provide proof I
was wrong or give up.

I've seen the way you support butts and the way you defend his actions,
but you can't defend someone that is unethical, can't defend someone
that pirated others works/code, at least not if you want to be
considered credible - and I guess you don't.

I don't see user names in the message thread, so I miss it at times.
Sometimes I just don't care enough to call him to the table and other
times it's just not worth it.... The message is the same, foul content

search back through the thread - but, if you would like to quote it, I
will formally apologize for making that type of blanket statement; in
fact, if I made a blanket statement like that after learning you served,
then I formally apologize to you.

At the same time, I would like to say this: While many people have
served, still serve, their views/opinions change over time - some of
those that served turn on the country, and we've seen several that have
denounced the USA after being honorable service members. Kerry is a fine
example of a traitor and one that currently gives comfort to the enemy -
as such, if you make statements that dishonor your prior actions (as
Kerry does all the time) then your prior actions/service don't really
matter any more.

So, since I can't recall what was actually said, I'll give you the
benefit of doubt and say this: I formally apologize to you for comments
about your service and merit of such.

I served also, still have contacts, have family active duty, my oldest
son just passed his physical in in the DEP, and am very American in
spirit and heart. I was awarded several honors and left with a honorable
discharge after my EAOS. I believe that all us Citizens should serve at
least a 2 year hitch in one branch or another. But, now I'm rambling. I
have apologized and it's in type for anyone to read.

Complications of having a service provider that doesn't get involved
until you have a court case that proves the pirate is a pirate. Most
providers will look at the documentation and foul content and see that
it violates their AUP/TOS and just drop the user - some, the ones that
cater to pirates and foul content don't do anything until a court
document makes them remove the site.

You should already know all of this, as if you're not butts then you're
a close morph of him.

Anyway, his posts and content stands on its own as being unethical,
pirated in some cases, foul in many, morphed in others, and never posts
anything to contradict anything claimed by anyone. Oh, and don't forget
the actual vendors that have posted requests asking him to remove their
works from his site.... It's about money for them, in most cases, as
with most of us, he's not worth the time/effort to go after.

A simple security warning, as in all posts like his typical one,
regardless of the user, will give noobs enough information to avoid the
threats that may reside in the site.

Actually, reporting foul content that violates the AUP/TOS from a
providers own company sites, is very good.

Also, reporting foul links posted in public violates many AUP/TOS for
many providers.

Calling someone to the table for posting unethical content is only a
problem for the person posting the unethical content.
