OT-Questions? I need to ask ISP about email and FP web hosting

Thanks in advance for any help. Have site for which I have set up email
addresses for 2 salesmen. They receive email fine, but cannot reply to any
they receive. Site hosted with Webaxxs ( Linux, I believe) and I use FP2000.
Would it be something on the salesmens computers i have to change or
something on the webserver to allow them to send emails from their web email
address ([email protected]) Hope this is clear.

Their email application needs to be set up to log in and send email via POP3 mail server associated
with the web site. However some ISP now block this ability.
