I know nothing of this service, but very long addresses have been
known to cause buffer overruns in some (can you say Outhouse
Distress?) mail readers, enabling the running of arbitrary code on
vulnerable machines.

Yes I have that too but my brother who uses it as his only E-mail address
only has 2 Mb.

The sites makes comments as such and seems to embrace this quality.

Minor bad sign: clicking on the Help link brought up an error ("Sorry, we
were unable to satisfy your request at this time. Please try again in 5
minutes.")

Hmmm... Mine went up a couple of months ago from 2 Mb to 250! I didn't
request any changes either. Don't know why your bro's hasn't changed,
but I can't complain about mine :)
