OS X 10.2.8

Hi

I have updated the new patch for OSX 10.2.8 (the second update)
recently. Nothing seems to be wrong with the dial-up internet
connection but there is a difference in the file transfer speed from a
PC to my iMac now. The system actually hang after about 1MB~3MB of
transfer.
Before my update, the transfer rate were great. Are there anyway
around it. I am actually using my PC as the host and iMac as the
client using a direct cross cat 5 cable.
What could be my error? Anyone out there having similar problems?

Haven't had that problem, but if it's a problem for you then you *might*
consider rolling back the patch.

In a word, yes. From what I understand, you'll have to get your Jaguar
install CD and do what is called an "Archive Intall". This will restore
your system. A step-by-step listing of how to do this can be found at
