organizational charts

Can anyone tell me if there is a way to take some information off a table (in
MS Access of course), and create an Organizational Chart?

I have a staff database and I was tasked to create this organizational chart
where whenever one of our employees' phone number changes, it changes that
information in the chart too.

I know you can pretty much make Access do anything you can really think of
but finding out how to do that is the problem.

I need some helpful friendly advice and people on here seem to know what
they are doing, because I've received help before from here.

Can anyone steer me in the right direction? PLEASE PLEASE!! Or perhaps you
know of a place on the web that has a MS Access database to download with an
example like this to study? Any help will do.

Thanks in advance!

I've seen this question asked many time before and the answers have all
suggested using Access with another software such as Visio. Some of the more
advanced versions of Visio have a very nice interface for creating and
updating org charts. There is an option to create a super web interface.

Thanks Mr. Hookom,

Now you are referring to the Microsoft Visio software arent ya? I think you
are so I went ahead and purchased it anyway. It looks like something that I
could use in the future if not.

I am going to explore this program. Thanks very much for your
input/guidance. It's greatly appreciated!

Sincerely,
