org chart power point. how can I make 2 ppl share an assistant?

I am struggling with the inflexibility of the org chart in power point. I
would like to be able to move boxes and lines, extend lines and have more
than one person share an assistant. Can anyone help?

Sarahlouise,
Does it not help if you click Layout button on the toolbar, and then turn
off Auto Layout (bottom of the menu)? That should allow you to move and
resize boxes and connectors. To share an assistent between two boxes you
could draw the connector line yourself. Use the AutoShape button on the
drawing toolbar, choose connector lines, drag the connection.
