OrderBy property disappearance

Hi.

Every time I setup a report I have this mysterious and repeating
disappeared of the OrderBy property.

I put it there, I test, it works and some time after if is gone. I put
it back again and it disappears again.

I put it back again and, from a certain moment on, it stays there.

What am I doing wrong?

In report design view, open the Sorting And Grouping box, and specify the
field(s) you want to sort by there.

This will persist. The OrderBy property is not the way to go.
