pulled it down since SP2 was delayed again

Yes and then after putting my glasses on I realised that you can't order the
English edition until August 25.

If you look carefully at the page the earliest "date Available to Order" is
August 25!
Depends on the language version really. I expect lots of people clicking on
this link will wonder why it isn't working!
