ORDER: Move an object forward or backward

C

checkin.just

Hi,

I have several rectangular strips on my slides, let's say A, B, C -
vertical strips and D & E - horizontal strips. Now I want

1. D to be on top of A and C, but below B and
2. E to be below A & C, but on top of B
- just like woven together.

Changing order of the objects: "moving forward or backward" makes the
strip to rise over / bury under respectively, over all other objects.
Is there a way to sort this out? Pls help.

Best,
Nizza

I had a response all typed out, but after looking at this using PPT 2007's
selection pane, I don't think we can basket-weave the way you want. It's
kind of like a logic problem --

1. D to be on top of A and C, but below B and

So you get this order:

B
D
A
C

then you add
2. E to be below A & C, but on top of B

So you get

B
D
A
C
E

but E can't be on top of B, too.

I think you'd have to fake it by copying E and shortening the copy so it's
overlaying just B.
