"OPTIMIZE FOR PORTABILITY"

D

DEB

My company recently updated to Windows XP, and ever since
I have been having problems printing certain items. Today
I have a very short e-mail I want to print out, and I get
the error message "This job requires more memory than is
available in this printer. Try one or more of the
following, and then print again: For the output format,
choose Optimize for Portability." I can't find anyplace
that I can change the output format. Does anyone have any
ideas?
