"Operation Failed" in Outlook

Outlook was working fine on my second computer after
installing it from the disk that came with my first
computer. Nothing has changed that I can think of, but
now as soon as I click "send/receive" a window pops
up "OPERATION FAILED" and I cannot figure it out. The
configuration still looks okay. Any help out there?

Go to Knowledge Base artical 312354
You will need to create a new profile for Outlook, this
artical will tell you how to do it.
However, back up your personal folders first, as when you
create and use your new profile Outlook will open empty,
and you'll have to import your backed-up *.pst file to
restore all your Outlook data etc.
