Operation failed Error in edit send/receive groups - Outlook 2002-

I When I go to Tools,Send/Receive Settings..., Define Send/Receive Groups,
and attempt to Edit a group, I receive the message operation failed. I can
create new groups and remove them, rename them, but can't add a 4th e-mail
account to the existing all accounts group or edit in any way a new group.
Any suggestions? I have tried to Detect and Repair with no success. Unsure
if this difficulty arose with the new upgrades recently installed but I can't
find a way around it.

With Outlook closed, delete the file
%AppData%\Microsoft\Outlook\yourprofilename.srs (where "yourprofilename" is
your mail profile name. Restart Outlook and recreate your send/receive
settings.
