Opening taskmgr.exe on startup minimized.

Hi, I like the tray icon that the Task Manager uses when it's minimized, so
I'd like to have it open on startup. I'd rather it open minimized, though, so
I don't have to close the window everytime I boot Windows. Is there any way
of doing this short of writing a Batch file that runs on startup?

Create a shortcut with the target taskmgr. Right-click it and choose
"Properties." On its "Shortcut" tab, change the "Run" box to "Minimized."
Put this shortcut in the folder
C:\Documents and Settings\Ken\Start Menu\Programs\Startup (change "Ken" to
your user name).
