Opening Photo Files

Is there a viewer to open an Adobe Photoshop file , if
you don't have that program? My operating system is
Windows XP and Word perfect 10 came installed with it.

Can't say explicity, but Irfanview opens most file formats - and the price
is right.
It's a fine utility to have on board.
