opening Outlook on secondary monitor

I'm using dual monitors and would like Outlook 2002 to
open by default on the secondary monitor. It always
opens on the primary monitor even when moved to secondary
monitor, maximized and closed. The next time Outlook is
opened it reverts back to the primary monitor. How do I
change that behavior? Not sure where to find the registry
entry.

I use another program that does that. It opens on the secondary
monitor if closed when in a window. The way I've worked around this is
to *stretch* the window to full screen and then when I reopen the
program, it opens on the secondary monitor. Haven't tried this with
Outlook because I need that program on the secondary monitor (I'm using
the other program while responding to emails).
