Opening nested forwarded emails

Ever since we have upgraded to Office 2003, we have several users who can't
open forwarded emails. The emails are forwarded as .msg attachments. The
only thing they can do is right click- Save As and save the .msg file to a
location on their hard drive. They can then open the saved .msg. The file
association for those files is correct because once saved, they open in
Outlook. The error they are getting is "The operation failed. The object
can't be found." Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Your Outlook Secure Temp Folder may be too full. With Outlook closed, click
Start>Run and enter %temp% in the Open field. Click OK. A Windows Explorer
window will open. In the Folder list at the left, locate Temporary Internet
Folders, which should be right below Temp. Click on the plus sign to the
left of Temporary Internet Folders and locate a folder whose name starts with
OLK. Right-click this folder and choose Delete. Now restart Outlook and
try again. If this doesn't work, let me know and I can provide further
suggestions.

Okay. On the user that is having the problem today. There are NO folders
under Temporary Internet Files. I checked the following path in the
registry HK_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Outlook Security and
the SecureTemp should be in a folder under TIF. I think the user may have
deleted EVERYTHING in the TIF folder. Even the usual Content.IE folder is
missing. Now what?
