Opening MS Access mail merge to MsWord (Larger datasource)

I'm using MS Access to do a mail merge. In the past,
when I opened the data source in Word everything opened.
But I have a larger data source and now when i try to open
the mail merge in Word it reads "word cannot open document"
Please explain to me what I may be doing wrong, and what is a
solution.

I am not really sure what the problem is, but you might give my word merge
example a try. It manages word templates, and allows you to merge one, or
many records to a document. And, as far as I can tell, there is no limits.
