Opening files on trial version

I recently downloaded the trial version of Access 2003. I have an email that
I am trying to open the Access attachment and all it will do is allow me to
save it. However, I cannot save it to the Trial version of Access so that I
can open it. How do I get past this?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

you have an email, with an Access database file as an attachment, correct?
download the file to your computer, you can save it anywhere, such as in the
MyDocuments folder. open Access. on the menu bar, click File | Open, and
navigate to the file you just downloaded, and open it.
