Opening Attachments

I unchecked the tick box when opening an attachment and now it doesn't
prompt me to Save to Disk or Open, how can i get this functionality back,
any help appreciated,

Control Panel-> Folder Options-> tab File Types-> select doc-> Advanced->
uncheck Confirm Open after download
