opening attachment settings in outlook 2000

Can anyone tell me how to change the way you have attachments opening in
outlook 2000? The client recieves a html document and is always prompted to
either save or open the file. " The do not prompt this message" at the bottom
is greyed out and can not be checked to stop it from popping up. Please
advise of a way to change this setting.

This setting is a machine wide setting and therefore can only be changed by
a system admin.

I understand that. I have administrator rights though. I just need to know
where to find these settings so I can change them.??

Control Pal-> Folder Options-> File Types-> open extension-> Advanced...->
deselect Confirm op after download

WEll I tried this and it still prompts to save etc when she opens the html
attachment with outlook. Any other suggestions?
