Opening a web page from a link in outlook message

Whenever I click a link in an Outlook message, the link hijacks an existing
open page and opens there rather than opening a new window in Windows
Explorer. When I right click on a link in an Outlook message, it does not
give me a choisce to choose a new window. Have I set my Outlook wrong or does
the Outlook not have the capability to open a new window in Explorer? If the
Explorer does not have this capability then why Microsoft should not provide
or have not provided this facility?

older versions of outlook use the new window setting in IE, outlook 2003
always opens a new window and ignores the reuse setting in IE's
configuration.

Thanks, Diane. You solved a problem for me which so many gurus couild not. I
went into my 2002 IE advanced settings and I was able to find the reuse box
and uncheck it. Thanks.
