Opening a Form with a Subform in Add Mode

I am using Access 2003 and I have a form that has a subform which also has a
subform. The form and first subform are in single form mode and the last
subform is in datasheet mode. It is a project management database. The main
form contains information about the project, and the subform contains the
tasks for that project. I would like to open the form, pick my project and
have my subform display a blank form to the user. Their job is to enter a
new task. I do not want the user to have to hit the add a new task button,
although, I do not care if they can see all of the other tasks that have been
created. I have tried changing the data entry properties of the subform to
yes and the allow edits propoery to no, but this has not helped. Any help
you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,
Missie

What happens when you try to add a new task record? As you describe your
Form, adding a new task should simply require clickin the New Record button

That works fine. I would just prefer it to open with the blank form in order
for it to be easier to the user. If it can't be done, we will just have to
stress the fact that they must create a new task. I was just hoping I could
open it that way.
Thank you.
