"Open With..."

How do I permanently add a program to "Open With"? When
I choose a program not on the list (using the 'Other'
button) and check the 'Always associate' box, the next
time I open the file the sleceted program is not on
the 'Open with' list and it does not associate.

Sounds like profile/registry problems. Try creating a new profile and
see if the settings are saved properly.
