Open Notepad
Type or Copy below (include"")

"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office11\Outlook.exe" /select outlook:calendar

save as outlook.cmd on desktop.

or

make outlook shotcut icon on desktop from outlook icon on desktop (or start menu),
right clik on short cut icon,
select properties,
click short cut tub,
type or copy below in Target section (including "")

"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office11\Outlook.exe" /select outlook:calendar

then click OK

when you click outlook.cmd or Outlook Short cut icon on desktop, outlook should open direct to calender.

While the suggestions from Yoshikawa-san may work, I think it's simpler to
click Tools>Options>Other>Advanced Options and browse to "Calendar" in the
"Startup in this folder" box.
