Open Recycle Bin with Windows Explorer

1)Is it possible to list (dir) the `recycle bin' contents through a batch
file? Means to list the Recycle Bin files through Dos Dir batch command.

2)We can see a Recycle Bin in the Windows Explorer. Is it possible to load
the Recycle Bin straight away?
