Not sure what you want to do, Angel. I've never personally seen
Notepad used to "open" someone's email. It may not even be possible.
I can suggest changing how OL formats its email on screen and in what
you send.

Visit: Tools > Options > Mail Format > In "Message Format" switch to
"Plain Text" and OK out. Remember this is plain text - no formatting,
no special characters, no animation, no pictures - no nothin', just
text.

This is as close as I can get you to a "NotePad" environment. Perhaps
someone else has an idea.

Thank you for responding to my post. This was very helpful. The reason I
wanted to open it in notepad was not to get virus, etc., I believe this is
the same idea.
