Running Outlook 2003 on Exchange 2003 with Server 2003. President's
secretary had been running Outlook 2003 on WIN2000 and was used to having
Outlook open for her own account but also another instance of Outlook 2003
running for the President's account. Since upgrading her to XP she can no
longer do this. Tried running Outlook with the /profile command and it did
open another instance of Outlook but it was just a second instance of her
own account, not the President's account. Have been unable to figure out
how to have two separate instances of Outlook running pointing at two
separate accounts. I realize I could add the President's account in her own
account so she could see both but that's not what she wants to do. She
wants 2 totally separate instances of Outlook running: one pointing at her
account and one pointing at the President's account the way she used to be
able to when running on WIN2000.
Since this worked on WIN2000 it seems like it should work with XP also.
What am I missing here?
