"Open in new Window" win2003

Hi,

i really don't know what happened but,

"Open in new window" on the shortcut menu doesn't work
also when posting a form to a target "_blank"
also when navigating to href with target "_blank" gives runtime error
also when href refers a script that uses window.open gives runime error
