Open frontpage files

What are the steps to find and open my web pages in frontpage? I need to
edit/update email info on my website, published about one year ago. Since
publication I've had head trauma and resulting short term memory loss. I
remember that when the files appear, I click index, which opens the files for
editing at my homepage. I just can't remember how to find and get the files
to appear. Thank you

Open the web, in folder view, double-click on the file that contains the
info you wish to edit.

File > Open Web and choose the "web" you want to open (Frontpage's term for a
collection of related pages and files is called a "Web" as in "web-site". Then
go to File menu, Open Page and choose the page you want from the list of files.
