Open/Extract IconCache.db

hi
what programs can i use to open/extract the IconCache.db file

i lost some icons in a hard drive failure but i think that i might be able
to recover some by extracting them from the iconcache.db file i have in a
backup


can anyone help me?

Not that I know of. But the System Image List (icons in memory) can be viewed with programs
