Opacity removing transparent color.

I have a form that uses a transparent color. When I change the opacity of the
form the transparent color becomes visible....I've tried redeclaring the
transparent color and doing a couple other things but I can't get it to be
invisible again. I don't remember having problems with this in the past...any
ideas?

Maybe it is a Bug. Maybe it works with a certain desktion colordepth only
thats why it worked in the past, just my Guess.

It seems after building and running about 5 times it "worked itself out"
