Only Two User Account Types?

Hi,

I'm trying to network a Mac and a PC. On my PC with XP SP2, I only have
two account types: Computer Administrator and Limited. How do I get back
the other types (ie. Guest and so on)?

Thanks

Right-click on My Computer and choose "Manage". Click on Users and Groups.

BTW, don't activate the Guest Account. If you need another account for
access, set up a limited User account instead.

Hi Gordon,

Thanks. I went there and created a new user. I still can't designate the
user as a Power User. The Limited User can't write to the shared drive
which is what I need to do. Any pointers here?

Thanks,
Abby

What happens when you try? Are you logged in on an account with Admin
rights?
