Only certain pages unavailable on website

A friend is trying to navigate a website. He can get to one page on it
but when he tries to get to a page to sign in and look at the rest of
the site he gets the old page unavailable message. I can come straight
home and get on my computer and all pages are available. Both running
XP. He was able to navigate on this site without any problems until
this week. Any ideas on what I should check on his computer to get
things back to normal?

Thanks,
Bruce Yates
