Online Print Ordering Displays No Pictures

When I open up a folder of pictures and click 'Order Prints Online' on the left hand side, the Print Ordering Wizard comes up. I click next, and then where I should select the photos I want printed, I can't because there are no pictures there. I have the pictures in the My Pictures folder. Why can't I select pictures to order online? Thank you.

Also, I am not sure if you need to know this or not, but I am using the Home edition of XP.

I guess this doesn't really answer your question...
but there are many online sites where you can
upload your images and order prints. They provide
software and instructions on how to upload the images.

Just recently I have encountered the same problem. I have ordered pix on line many times before. Now, however, the pictures do not load into the ordering window. Please, anybody got any ideas?
