I have an HP laptop I purchased preloaded with Vista Ultimate. While trying
to load OneCare I get a message that says I need an OS that is supported.
Any suggestions???!

If you have an old version (<1.5), go to the MS download site and download
the OneCare trial instead of using your CD. The older versions aren't
compatible.

Are you running 64bit Vista ? Onecare will not run on 64 bit OS.

Be safe
