One user can't access internet???

I have XP Pro at home with four user accounts plus guest. All has been OK
for about a year.One user suddenly can't get on internet. IE6 does not call
for connection.
When connection is made manually, IE still returns Cannot find page error. A
check of Internet Options settings seem to be the same as others that are
working fine.Another program, Weatherbug, will not find it's site either. I
have installed the latest (as of 4/18/04) service packs and have checked for
virus.

Try a manual connect, and if that doesn't work, then reconfigure your internet settings specifically for that user. Perhaps IE just isn't registering the connection, of it isn't set to connect automatically.
