One-to-many question

Running Access 2003. I have three queries:

1. Lists valid task/vendor codes that have funding.
2. Lists summary data for Q1, showing actual employee hours for task/vendor
combinations.
3. Lists estimated hours that each employee will work task/vendor codes for
Q2-Q4.

On queries 2 & 3, employees are listed with DIFFERENT task/vendor
combinations. Both of these queries can have many lines for each employee,
as they work on several tasks at a time.

My question is, is it possible to create a query/report that will list each
of the task/vendor codes with composite Q1 - Q4 data by employee:

Task/Vendor Employee Q1 Q2-4
XD-MW0009 Fred 100 300
XD-MW0009 Ann 400
XD-MW0009 Wilma 250

I keep getting all kinds of duplicated data in my queries and I'm not sure
how/if I can do this link. The Task/Vendor code is in all the queries. The
unique employee name is in queries 2 & 3.

Thanks very much for any help you can give me.

Maybe you could use the query(s) to gather the raw data, and then use a
report to format it so that you don't see so many repeats. Also, your
layout looks a little like a crosstab -- are you using a crosstab query?
